HR Executive –
Recruitment & Selection to support the hiring process from start to
finish. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and
onboarding top talent, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and timely
hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End
Recruitment:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process – job posting, sourcing,
screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Job
Advertising:
Draft and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media
platforms.
- Candidate
Sourcing: Use
job portals (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn......), employee referrals, and
networking to attract talent.
- Initial
Screening:
Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’
suitability.
- Interview
Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely
follow-ups.
- Assessment
& Evaluation:
Assist in administering tests and evaluating candidates’ technical and
behavioral fit.
- Offer
Management:
Support in preparing offer letters and negotiating with selected
candidates.
- Onboarding: Facilitate pre-joining
documentation and coordinate smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Database
Management:
Maintain candidate pipelines and update the applicant tracking system
(ATS).
- Reporting: Generate recruitment-related
reports and metrics for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human
Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in
recruitment and selection or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with sourcing
techniques and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Strong communication and
interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple
roles and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
